Living and dining
Downstairs is the shared space. Eat at the table, watch the internet TV, and spread out your bags. Broadcast TV is not available.
There is a sofa bed. The stairs are steep, so sleep downstairs if that feels safer.
Rooms
These rooms,
as they are.
The whole 43㎡ house is yours, up to 7 guests. You can cook in the kitchen. These are photos of the actual rooms.
Kitchen. You can cook.
Induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, and kettle. Pans, pots, dishes, and cutlery for the group are there. Buy groceries and make breakfast or a simple dinner at the house.
On a longer stay you don’t have to eat out every meal. Before or after an event, a quick meal at the house is easy.
Bath, shower, laundry
The unit bath has a tub and a shower. The toilet is separate. After a concert or a game, you can walk home and get in the bath right away.
Washer and dryer, plus indoor drying space. From three nights, detergent is provided. Day-use on an event day is also possible if you ask.
Bedrooms and a desk
Upstairs: one double, two floor mattresses, and one futon. Sheets and towels are set out for everyone. Sheets are white or light grey.
There is a desk and Wi-Fi. The loft is closed while a stair rail is being fixed. The stairs are steep.

Before you come
- The television is internet only. Broadcast TV is not available. Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and TVer are.
- The stairs to the bedroom are steep.
- Check-in is self check-in.
- There is no parking on the property. A paid lot is about two minutes away. The streets are narrow, with many one-way sections.
- Check-in is 15:00–21:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
- The limit is 7 guests.
