Questions
How booking works, and how the house is used. Unconfirmed extras are left out.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights. We do not take one-night stays, including last-minute gaps.
Is the request a booking?
Not yet. It is confirmed when Miyuki emails that the dates are held. Nothing is charged before that.
Is cleaning included?
The estimate includes cleaning. We do not add a separate cleaning charge later.
How many guests?
Up to 7 guests. Children count toward that number.
Check-in and luggage?
Check-in is 15:00–21:00, check-out by 11:00, self check-in. Luggage hold can be discussed after the booking is confirmed.
What about cancellation?
The confirmation email has the cancellation terms. We do not publish unconfirmed rates here.
Is this cheaper than Airbnb?
It depends on dates, guests, and cancellation rules. We do not claim a lowest price. On this site, the multi-night discount is applied to our base rate.
Earlier notes about a last-minute one-night stay or day-use are not offered now.
